Delivery

"Genezis Trade Group" Ltd ships the order within 2 working days from its acceptance in the system. The delivery time from the moment of dispatch is 1 working day for most of the territory of Bulgaria.

In the case of "Pre-sale" (so-called "Pre-order"), the delivery time is extended and is noted on the page of each product.

"Genezis Trade Group" Ltd reserves the right to prohibit users from shopping in the online store, including but not limited to cases of systematic abuse of orders and use of obscene words and/or hate speech in comments on this site and/or Genezis's social networks.

• For orders over 120 BGN, delivery is free.

"Genezis Trade Group" Ltd is not obliged to deliver products marked as out of stock.

Delivery prices are according to the rates of the forwarding companies.

Product returns

• The customer must return their shipment without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the shipment. Withdrawal from the contract will be considered timely if, before the expiration of the 30-day period, the customer hands over the shipment to the postal services or other delivery services on behalf of "Genezis Trade Group" Ltd. To prove that they have withdrawn from the contract within the given period, the customer must keep the receipt issued by the courier company that delivered the shipment.
• The customer bears the costs of returning the shipment.
