Refund Policy

Return and exchange

Our customers have the right to return/exchange goods up to 30 calendar days after receiving the goods.

EXCHANGE

The delivery in both directions is borne by the customer.

Procedure:

1. You must notify us in advance that you wish to make an exchange by email returns@geneziswear.com

Please do not send a shipment to us before we have confirmed that we can make an exchange.

*Genesis Trade Group is not obliged to replace products that cannot be replaced due to lack of availability of the desired products!

2. You must fill out the form that you received in your shipment. After filling out, the form must be returned to us together with the products.

3. You must send the shipment to the company “Genesis Trade Group” EOOD, Ruse, Blvd. 3rd March №44, “Fulfillment Center InOut Trade/euShipments”, PHONE +359 24084997

Please pack the shipment in its original packaging in order to protect it from contamination or damage during delivery to us.

We only exchange products that meet the following requirements:

* The product has not been worn or washed

* The product is not damaged and has no defects

* The product is returned in the original packaging, along with all labels, in the way it was received

Please note that the new shipment will be sent within 14 days after the processing of your returned shipment.

RETURNS

The delivery is borne by the customer.

Procedure:

1. You must notify us in advance that you wish to return items for a refund, by emailing returns@geneziswear.com

2. You must complete the form that you received in your shipment. After completion, the form must be returned to us together with the products.

3. You must send the shipment to the company “Genesis Trade Group” EOOD, Ruse, 44 Treti Mart Blvd., “Fulfillment Center InOut Trade/euShipments”, PHONE +359 24084997

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Our customers have the right to return the goods purchased by them within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. For this purpose, the product must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of the commercial appearance of the product in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55(paragraph 1) of the Law on the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. After inspection within 14 working days (by law) the buyer will be refunded the amount or within 20 working days (by law) the product will be replaced. In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the product will be returned to the buyer, who will bear all transport costs. The transport costs for the replacement or return are at the expense of the buyer, unless a defect has been established in the item!

Requirements for both procedures:

1. The replacement or complaint must take place within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

2. Products subject to return or exchange are those that have not undergone any processing (washing, ironing, cutting and other actions that violate their integrity, as well as removal of labels)

3. The product must be returned to “Genesis Trade Group” EOOD, and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) must be attached to it. You should have received such a note when you picked up the shipment from the courier company!

4. Out of concern for our customers and due to the nature of the goods sold, products such as socks and underwear are NOT RETURNED or EXCHANGED!

All shipments are opened before the refund is made. Once we verify that the shipment meets the specified conditions, the amount will be refunded to you within 40 days (by law). If the described conditions are not met, the claim will not be considered
