2. What personal data does Genezis process and for what purpose does it use it?

In the course of its business activities and the offering and provision of products and services, Genezis will need to process personal data. “Personal data” is any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a natural person. You provide most of your personal data directly to Genezis. In some cases, your personal data is collected automatically by Genezis or obtained from a third party.

a) You are a Genezis customer

Genezis processes personal data of its customers to enable the sale of products for which Genezis needs to conclude an agreement with you, process the payment and ship the product to you. In addition, Genezis needs to process the data to ensure security, prevent fraud and register payments.

In this context, Genezis processes the following personal data:

* Customer information, including name, address (for invoice/cash receipt and for delivery), e-mail address and telephone number;

* Order information, product type, size, payment method, delivery method and order history;

* Financial information, which includes bank account number, your credit card number, invoice specifications, order amount and payment status:

* Optional information, such as gender, company information and profile data;

In addition, you can use the following Genezis services:

Profile: to optimize and simplify the shopping experience, you can create a profile on the site. To create a profile, Genezis needs the following information:

* Customer information, including name, address, e-mail address and phone number;

* Account information, including e-mail address and password;

Customer service: If you have any questions or complaints about Genezis products or services, you can contact Genezis customer service. Customer service can be reached by phone or via the contact form on the website. Before Genezis can process your question or complaint, Genezis may need to verify your identity based on your personal data. In the course of customer service activities, Genezis may receive the following personal data:

* Customer information, including your name, address, e-mail address, age, gender, date of birth, nationality and phone number;

b) You have subscribed to the Genezis newsletter or participated in a Genezis promotional activity

Genezis would like to inform you about news related to Genezis and send you special offers. If necessary, we will ask for your consent before sending you our newsletters and offers. In order to send you our newsletter, Genezis processes the following information:

* Customer information, including name, address, e-mail address, age, gender, date of birth, nationality, telephone number, social media data;

* Order information, including order history, preference history, items in your cart;

* Preferences, including preferred shipping address, size

If you have indicated your preferences in your profile, we will tailor our communication to what we think will interest you and provide you with personalized offers. Each form of communication will include an unsubscribe link so that you can unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can also adjust your preferences in your profile.

Promotional activity. Genezis may organize a promotional activity in which you may participate. In order to conduct this activity, including selecting a winner and communicating the results, Genezis may require the following information:

* Customer information, including your name, address, email address, age, gender, date of birth, nationality and telephone number;

* Promotional information, including the content you provide for the purpose of participating in the promotional activity;

* Technical information, including promotional code;

The legal basis for this processing of personal data is that the processing is necessary for the performance of contractual relations with customers, for the legitimate business interests of Genezis, for the provision and improvement of their services and/or for compliance with Genezis’ legal regulatory requirements.

c) You visit the online store

If you visit the online store Genezis will automatically – (after obtaining your consent, where required by law) – collect information through cookies and similar technologies. This information may consist of:
